The camp refund policy states that all camps (minus summer camps) up until 2 weeks prior to camp the camper can receive all but $150 back (unless there is a serious medical emergency), and after the two week mark only a camp credit is available. Summer camps will be required to cancel 1 month prior to camp to receive all but $150 back (unless there is a serious medical emergency) and after the two week mark only a camp credit is available. All medical cancellations will be required to show medical documentation. If camp is not cancelled prior to the start of camp no refunds/credits can be given.

 

Camp will not be prorated, unless stated on the specific camp landing page.

 

We apologize for any inconveniences, but this protects us from the staff that is required to be hired in advance based on camper numbers.
